Processing of personal data

DvdB Consulting BV, trading as Cole and with its registered office at Keizersberg, Mechelsestraat 202, 3000 Leuven, processes personal data that you provide through the contact form, by email or by telephone. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and explore a potential collaboration.

Candidate data

Through the application form we also process your name, contact details, CV, LinkedIn profile, your interest (permanent role, interim or fractional) and your additional information. We use this data to assess your application, contact you about suitable assignments and retain your profile for as long as you consent. We share it with a client only with your explicit consent.

Retention and security

We retain contact details and candidate profiles only for as long as necessary for these purposes. We do not share them with third parties for marketing and protect them through appropriate organisational and technical measures.
