David van den Bogaert, founder of Cole, was Managing Director of Manutan-Overtoom Belgium, with full P&L responsibility for an organisation of around fifty employees. From LeasePlan’s international headquarters, he contributed to commercial transformation across thirty countries. His most recent interim assignment was as Country Manager for the Belgian operations of an international telematics group.
